All manufacturing, machining, fabrication, laser cutting, and job-work services are undertaken strictly as per mutually agreed drawings, specifications, quantities, and commercial terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and approved drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. Samriddhi Auto Private Limited shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Quotations are valid for a limited period and are subject to change based on material prices, design changes, quantity variations, or delivery requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All products are manufactured as per agreed specifications and are subject to internal inspection. Customer or third-party inspections, if required, must be communicated in advance.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as material availability, design changes, force majeure events, or operational constraints. Reasonable efforts will be made to meet committed schedules.
For job-work orders using customer-supplied material, Samriddhi Auto Private Limited shall not be responsible for defects or failures arising from material quality or prior processing.
Payment terms shall be as agreed in the commercial order or purchase agreement. Delays in payment may impact ongoing or future supplies.
All customer drawings, data, and technical information shared shall be treated as confidential and used solely for manufacturing purposes.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the supplied goods or services. Consequential or indirect damages are excluded.
All transactions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana.
